Mainstream Phu Cuong sponsors National Conference Promoting the Roles of Faith based organisations in Environmental Protection and Climate Change Response

Mainstream has been backing Vietnam’s Fatherland Front in its efforts to tackle the effects of climate change. This coalition of popular movements provides the base of people’s power in the country, and in October it staged a national conference to highlight the 1,000-plus environmental protection projects now being piloted by its faith-based members.

The Mainstream Phu Cuong stand – showed the progress of our 800 MW offshore wind development, Phu Cuong Soc Trang – and drew plenty of attention from VIPs.

Project Director Bernard Casey and Pham Quoc Anh, General Manager of the Mainstream Phu Cuong company, welcomed Environment Minister Tran Hong Ha and Nguyen Van Thanh, Head of VFF Commission on Religion.
